Philosophy & Method

Built on Reconstruction & Stability

Revision rhinoplasty requires a deeper level of planning — understanding existing scar tissue, prior structural changes, and restoring both function and natural proportion.

Thorough Pre-Operative Analysis

Every revision plan starts by fully evaluating prior surgical history, scar tissue, and current structural integrity before planning any correction.

Structural Graft Reconstruction

Cartilage grafts — including rib cartilage where needed — are used to rebuild and stabilize nasal structure for long-lasting results.

Honest Expectations for Revision

Revision outcomes evolve over longer timelines. Clear communication about realistic healing milestones is central to every consultation.

International Patient Experience

Structured coordination, travel-aware timelines, and consistent remote follow-up for revision patients travelling from abroad.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to what patients most commonly ask when researching revision rhinoplasty results and planning a second procedure.

Don't see your question?

Ask Directly →
How long after my first rhinoplasty can I have a revision?
+
Most surgeons recommend waiting a minimum of 12 months — ideally 18 months — after your primary rhinoplasty before revision surgery. This allows swelling to fully resolve and tissue to stabilize, making accurate assessment and planning possible.
Is revision rhinoplasty more complex than primary surgery?
+
Yes — revision rhinoplasty is generally more technically demanding. Scar tissue, altered anatomy, and reduced cartilage availability from prior surgery require more complex reconstruction planning, often including cartilage grafts from the ear or rib.
Are the results shown here from real revision patients?
+
Yes — all images and case studies represent real patient outcomes documented with consent. Each result is presented with consistent photography and accurate timelines. Individual results vary based on prior surgical history, anatomy, and healing.
When will I see my final revision rhinoplasty result?
+
Revision results typically take longer to fully emerge than primary rhinoplasty — often 12–18 months or more. Scar tissue and prior changes affect swelling patterns and healing timelines. Clear milestones are discussed at every stage of care.
Can breathing problems from prior surgery be corrected?
+
In many cases, yes. Functional issues including valve collapse, septal deviation, and impaired airflow caused by prior surgery can be addressed simultaneously during revision rhinoplasty. Suitability is assessed during the consultation.
Is it safe to travel abroad for revision rhinoplasty?
+
Safety depends on individual medical suitability and thorough pre-operative assessment. International patients receive a structured timeline accounting for safe travel home and comprehensive remote follow-up — particularly important for the longer healing timeline of revision cases.
How do I start the revision consultation process?
+
